Walcot Group / Flavour Zone

Favour Zone is not a big, chunky Mourvedre – this is elegant with bright red fruits. Complex due to the late ripening of the grapes and the time spent on old oak. The Shiraz is from a cold vineyard site and brings a little more depth and lovely spice (on it’s own this is very spicy Shiraz), making this a pretty serious yet very drinkable wine.

Grapes: 80% Mourvedre, 20% Shiraz
