We are always happy to work with talented chefs and excellent restaurants in the southwest who share our approach to ethically reared, slow-grown meat.

We have worked with many of our farmers for a long time and enjoy a great relationship with them.

It is more expensive than commercially reared meat, but we hope you will appreciate the significant increase in flavour, the animal husbandry, and the positive effect of low-impact farming on our planet.
