Relationships are important to us, they are the bond between us and our dear suppliers throughout the Southwest. We opened in 2023 with a primary aim to supply our beloved restaurants with high quality, provenance focused & well butchered meat, It quickly became more than that. We made a place for the community, to nourish themselves and to connect.
Shortly after opening and after yearning to flex our cooking skills we opened a modest hot food section. With a focus on high quality sandwiches with all the meat cooked from our butchers counters. It wasn’t long before they took off and are a large part of our business today.
