Pork Loin

This is a great cut for a Sunday roast with the family. We like loins because they leave you with lots of beautiful, moist meat and plenty of crackling.

Our free-range pigs

We work with two pig farmers in the south west, both specialising in rare-breed, free-range pork.

Our pigs are slow-growing breeds which means their fat has a lovely, sweet finish.
