FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I cancel my order? - Yes, of course you can. Please email shop@greenstreetbath.com with your order number at least 4 working days before your chosen delivery date.

Can I change my delivery address? - Yes but only before your order has shipped. Please email shop@greenstreetbath.com with your order number and amendment. ORDERS ALREADY POSTED CANNOT BE AMENDED.

How will my order be packed? - All orders will be vacuum-packaged where possible and wrapped in Wool-Cool – a sustainable recycled wool packaging. They will also be packed with ice packs to maintain a chilled temperature.

Where do you post to? - We send all deliveries out via APC to all mainland UK addresses.

Help! My delivery arrived damaged - Oh no, email us at shop@greenstreetbath.com and we will be sure to sort it out straight away.

I can’t see something on your website; do you stock it - Our website shows what we have in stock currently; if you're looking for something obscure, drop us an email at shop@greenstreetbath.com and we can see if we can get hold of it for you.

What days do you deliver - Currently we deliver Tuesday to Saturday.

I’m in Bath. Can I collect? - Yes, of course; specify in your shipping instructions and we will have it waiting for you in the fridge.
