All of our beef comes from a small collection of Somerset & Wiltshire farmers who champion rare breed cattle reared on grass.

We age everything on the bone for up to 5 weeks in our Himalayan salt fridge, this intensifies the flavour and allows for a controlled drying process making the meat extremely tender & delicious!
