Bake at Home Sausage Rolls
Our beloved sausage rolls made in house. We take whole carcass Landrace cross pork from James at Prestige Pork, Somerset. Break them down and season heavily with a heady mix of coriander, pepper, mace, salt & pepper. Pipe it in to tubes and wrap in all butter puff, we baste in egg yolk and finish with some fennel seeds.
Two per box, with parchment to bake them on.
