Acacia Honey with Truffle (130g)

Exquisitely smooth and balanced natural Acacia Honey, containing thick slices of Black Autumn Truffle (Uncinatum) to achieve an unreal depth of flavour.

We recommend it for seasoning hot and cold dressings. Use it to glaze roasted or grilled meat (think truffle honey glazed Ham!) or for cakes and sweets. It is also ideal for fine, tangy cheeses, and of course breakfast - toasts, croissants, brioches, or on pancakes.
